On Mar. 31th,2016, Lead Solar Holdings Co.,Ltd held its grand ceremony for the foundation of new production base. The secretary of County Party Committee, Mr.Lu attended the ceremony and delivered a special speech ,and members of Standing County Party Committee ChenBin, LiChunwang,WangWei , Sheng HuiQin and so on participated in the activities.

　　Secretary Lu said that the aluminum industry at present has great development potential. Lead Solar Holdings Co.,Ltd developed a broad prospect of solar garage and photovoltaic mounting system projects and injected new impetus to Hai’an under the premise that have made outstanding achievements. The 13th Five-Year Plan also explicitly pointed out that to improve the proportion of clean energy to take the road of sustainable development, lead Solar has the direct expression of this. He hopes that Lead Solar can seize the good opportunities of current "13th Five-Year Plan" to develop clean energy, make full use of the advantages of the MSC location ,resource and expand their own dominant position, strengthen management,lasting innovation, win the market, maintain the leading position in the aluminum industry and the new field of energy, in order to make more contributions to the sound and rapid development of Hai’an Economy.

　　The Secretary also pointed out that Lead Solar is the outstanding enterprises of introduction of attracting investment in Hai’an High Tech Park . Lead Solar new production base project construction is the first step, while the key is its smooth implementation and successful operation. All parties should strengthen the overall awareness and sense of responsibility, all departments should work together closely, to jointly promote the implementation of the project . Hai’an will continue to adhere to the "Pro-business, security business, supporting business” philosophy, supply good help for the project to establish a green channel service with high quality and efficiency.

　　In the ceremony, Zhang Yongpei, chairman of Lead Solar, said,that Hai’an investment environment is superior, obvious advantages of industry, the company's development has been getting the attention and support of various departments of the party committees and governments at all levels in Hai’an. Lead Solar will continue to provide strong impetus for the economic and social development of Hai’an. Lead Solar has also established study base,for the solar garage and mounting system project, we plans to invest 500 million.New production base is located in high tech park,land area of 83.38 acres, planning construction area of 37348 square meters. After the completion of the project,we will mainly purchase imported numerical control machine，CNC machine and other equipments. We will have annual production capacity of 1 million sets of solar garage, 3GW photovoltaic mounting system. After the ceremony, some of the participants visited the project site.
