When we stepped into late July, continuous high temperature brought severe test to front-line employees. In order to effectively implement heatstroke prevention, we took series of measures to prevent heatstroke and ensure all employees with good health.
On 8th August, Zhang Minqi, the former general manager of Lead Group, came to our manufacturing base for solicitude and guidance, he also greeted to workers. Although he had already retired, he always staying true to the mission and putting his heart on the group.
Solicitude and sincerely thanks brought to everywhere he went. He detailedly asked about security measures situations of working under high temperature, and told workers to strengthen security awareness due to the feature of summer, to ensure our security production and civilized construction from prospection and quality. Meanwhile, he suggested that work, diet and rest should be reasonablely arranged, heatstroke prevention work during high temperature must be earnestly worked out to ensure workers to have a safe, sanitary and cool summer.
