Lead Solar 2016 Periodic Work Summery Meeting Drew To A Successful Close

　　In the evening of July 25th, Lead Solar 2016 Periodic Work Summery Meeting convened in the meeting room on third floor of Lead Technology. Leaders and more than 20 staff representatives of Lead Solar attended this meeting, which was hosted by TangChen, the general manager.

　　Firstly, marketing and development directors respectively had a detailed report about their work in last period. Generally, every department has completed their tasks with their rigorous and earnest working attitudes as well as effective working methods, basically achieved goals made at the beginning of this period. In terms of management, main work content is system building and communicating to push teamwork management to systemized and institutionalized gradually. In terms of event promoter, Lead Solar fully showed itself at several successful exhibitions and got high praise by insiders. Followed, Tangchen, general manager of Lead Solar, who based on the summery of last periods’ work, shared the success they’ve achieved and also introspected about work problems as well as self-insufficiency, then presented targeted improvement suggestions.

　　ZhangYongpei, Chairman of board of Lead, made an entire and targeted summery after listening to the working reports. He firstly showed his congratulation and gratitude for the achievements and progress what they’ve got after Lead Solar established. And he was also gratified to see staffs’ personal quality improved. He pointed that Lead Solar is a young team, it needs not only passions and confidence, but also sprits of hard working. Upon working conditions, he pointed three suggestions: To have a further carding and perfection of organization chart and regulations to normalize management. Further strengthen inter team construction and make staff standard strict to promote a long-term development of our team.Further strengthen the improvement of personal quality, focus on training and grasp of related professional knowledge.
