2011
Invest USD 46.5 million in first phase and introduce advanced production and auxiliary office equipment. Establish long-term cooperation with giants in the furniture industry.

2012
Begin to explore solar PV business with supplying aluminum frames to solar module manufacturers. Lead gets supports from strategic cooperators by excellent product performances.

2013
Lead steps into mass production in solar PV industry and builds long-term relationship with Tier one manufacturers of solar PV modules.

2014
Accumulated shipment of solar frames reaches 2.3GW and starts the development of solar mounting structurers.

2015
Lead Solar Holdings is officially registered, which is located in Nantong, Jiangsu. Second-phase project starts with total investment of USD 77.5 million.

2016
International markets expand rapidly and overseas branches are setting up. Lead’s total output volume exceeds 8.2GW.

Total global output volume was up to 12GW.

The annual sales in 2019 were 1.72 billion RMB.
